Essence Of Christmas .....

Christmas is fast approaching. We can already feel the essence of Christmas. There's the gift giving, Christmas caroling, Christmas songs and decorations, and the Simbang Gabi. We can also feel the Christmas Breeze. We feel so cold at morning and in the evening. We can see those Christmas lights, Christmas trees, snowman, and lanterns that are displayed in some houses.

What is the TRUE ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS?.......

For me, the true essence of Christmas is to GIVE, LOVE & to FORGIVE. Giving is so much more important than receiving because that's how we give joy and happiness to the person. Loving is so much more important than to hate a person because that's the way to give importance to the person and to make them very special in our life. Forgive is so much more important also than to forget because you cant forget the memories that you had rather forgive him/her so that you can continue the journey or memories that you had.

We consider Christmas as the encounter, the great encounter, the historical encounter, the decisive encounter, between God and mankind. He who has faith knows this truly; Let Him rejoice.

English As A Universal Language

English as a Universal Language

English is one of the most analytic languages, with no significant synthetic, fusion or agglutinate characteristics. English, the Universal language, is one of the simplest and easiest natural languages in the world. The only other simple and easy languages are constructed ones. English in an easy language to learn, understand and speak. A complex language such as Hungarian would be a very unlikely candidate for a universal language. All over the planet people know many English words, their pronunciation and meaning. The concept of a Universal Language is more significant only now, in the era of world mass communication. People can communicate with each other effectively even though they are from culturally diverse backgrounds. Communities are multicultural, so people can have acquaintance of various cultures.

Reflection....

Our ICT subject in 2nd grading is all about HTML, Blogs, tags and the use of notepad. I learned how to use notepad and its amazing because those tags you put in the notepad will disappear if you save it. Being a student, I always suffered some errors in computer. There's the slow logging of the net, some errors in typing the words or having a wrong spelling of the words but I double check it before saving and ill make sure that the tags hat i put in it is correct.

I will share my knowledge about this to my relatives or to all the people around me so that they will know how to do.

"Unravel The Causes, Build The Solution, Empower Science Clubbers To Action"

We all know that SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY is important in our daily life. And now, Science Month has already successfully ended. There are many events that had taken during the Month of Science. There's the Sci-toy, Science Quiz, Search for Mr. & Ms. Kalikasan, Photo-Envi and many more. But the event that I loved the most is the Search For Mr. & Ms. Kalikasan 2013 because our two classmates joined in the said event and our Boy candidate had gathered the 3rd runner-up. I swear that those events that they had made is so very beautiful because they entertain us.

Our Environment? Look.. They are already polluted and we don't have fresh air right now because of us. Yes we are. We don't give importance to it because we don't now how to take care of it. Everywhere we go, we can see those mountains that are lack of trees because they continue cutting of it without changing. Every time that there's a typhoon, we always suffering floods and landslide right? As I said, its our fault because we don't know how to give importance to it. Let's unravel the causes. Build the solution by following the rules of the environment and be a good model to everybody. And Empower science clubbers to action. Help one another to bring back the beautiful environment that we had before.

"Wika Natin ang Daang Matuwid"

Wika.... Ito ay isang bahagi ng pakikipagtalastasan. Bilang isang Filipino ay may sarili din tayong wika at ito ay ang wikang Tagalog. Kung wala ang Wika? Mayroon bang mga taong nagkakaintindihan ngayon? Mayroon bang mga taong nag-uusap ngayon? Wala Diba? Kaya mahalaga ang pagkakaroon natin ng Wika.

Mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng sariling wika ang isang bansa upang magkaroon tayo ng komunikasyon sa isa't isa at upang magkaintidihan tayong lahat. Lahat tayo ay may kanya-kanyang wika pero ang pinakagamit nating wika dito sa pilipinas ay ang wikang tagalog. Dapat natin itong bigyang halaga at irespeto para sa kaunlaran ng ating bayan. Ang ating wika ang gabay natin para sa tuwid na daan dahil walang taong nagkakaintindihan ngayon kung wala ito. Ito ang nagsisilbing gabay natin sa lahat ng bagay.

Dapat nating gamitin ng wasto at tama para sa ikabubuti ng lahat. Kahit saan tayo pumunta, mapa-ibang bansa man o hindi ay dapat nating gamitin ito upang mabigyan natin ito ng halaga. Dapat nating ipagmalaki ang ating sariling wika at irespeto ito.

The Modern Hero...

Hero? They are our savior right?

HERO.... There are many kind of heroes in the world. We all know that we have our own hero now. If someone's become honest to you, helping you especially when you have some problems that you're facing right now, giving the money that you lost, those people that makes you special to them or those people who always there for you are called Our Modern Hero. They are simple for me, not like those heroes who are familiar like Batman or Superman because even if they will not wear any costumes, they are consider as our Hero. Those Modern Hero are always there to save us. They are scattering around and seeing people to save. We are lucky to have them and we should have respect them. Give them thanks for being a good hero to us and we should be proud of them.

My Teacher, My Hero..

Teachers are our guide in our future. They are one of the greatest people whom we can across in our life. They are the reason why there's Lawyer, Doctor, Nurse, Policemen, or Soldier and many more. They are called our HERO because they are the one who helps us to achieve our ambition in life. Without teacher, there's no professional people today. Having them in our community is important because they are our savoir.

They are called our Hero because of their sacrifices for us just to learn in school. They are always there just to teach us well and good. They are our second family and their rule is to teach us for our better future. They are the one who discipline us and they are the one who inspires us just to face our challenges in life especially in school. They are scolded us just to discipline us and just to those bad things that we did. They have their patience, especially to those irresponsible students. I know that their responsibilities to us is so very hard but I'm making myself as a great model to my fellow students.

MY REFLECTION...

It was almost 2 months of staying in an air-conditioned room during our ICT subject or period. We studied about internet, especially in the history or timeline, Internet Architects and also the blog. We also experienced making/creating a blog and its also my first time to create my gmail account or my Google account. We encounter sometimes a network error or slow logging of the internet. When I encounter this sometimes I get mad. Especially when I'm hurry making my drafts. I solved this error or problem by waiting so that i can post my draft on time.

Moving on, I will study hard, focus on my study and participate more during the class so that i will get a high grade.

My Reaction About The SONA 2013

4th State of the Nation Address oh PNOY has already ended. This was happened last June 21, 2013. In his SONA, he tackled some topics like Education, health, 4P's and many more. Every topic has always a reaction. And as a student, I have also reaction to what did PNOY said in his topics. I would like to give a reaction to the Topic of PNOY which is the Education or the K-12 program.

Starting this year, schools in the country will be run like most countries in the world after President Benigno S. Aquino III signed last May 15, 2013, Republic Act NO. 10533 called the "Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013."

Now, all five year old children must attend kindergarten before they can attend regular elementary school. pupils will go to six years of elementary classes then four years of junior high school and 2 years of senior High school. The K-12 will give lessons in technical Vocational to help graduates better paying jobs even if they don't go to college. Those students who are at K-12 Curriculum are luckier than me because if they finish studying K-12 Curriculum, they can finally find their jobs. This is to help children or students become productive and responsible citizens who have the needed skills and values so they can continue to learn and get better jobs.

Gutom at Malnutrisyon, 

Sama-sama Nating Wakasan.

We all know that every month of July is the month of Nutrition. And every time we celebrate this has many Activities to do like nutri-quiz, food fest, jingle competition and many more. Nutrition is very important to our self and we need to maintain our good health so that we can have a good nutrition. But some how, there are some people who are malnutrition especially those children who are not eating their meals 3 times a day or sometimes they don't eat their meals the whole day. Some of these are those people who don't have enough food.

President PNOY must help those people and give them financial support so that they will be healthy and feel better. Or have a feeding program and free medical check up so that they will get a vitamins from the doctor.

Less malnutrition, Less problems! Let malnutrition people become healthy. Hold our arms and lets all say, "GUTOM AT MALNUTRISYON, SAMA-SAMA NATING WAKASAN!"

Letter For The President

Dear Mr. President,

                                First of all I would like to greet you a good day Sir!
                 
                                I wrote a letter because I want you to help those poor children here in Ilocos Sur who are not studying right now because of poverty. Please help them so that they will learn more in school. Give them full support sir.

                                As a 4th year student in Ilocos Sur National High School, I would like you to help us in maintaining our school safe and clean. I would like you to donate or give us enough supplies in our school.
